The Supreme Court agreed yesterday to move out of Cebu City to either Metro Manila, Pampanga, or Corregidor Island the trial of suspected Abu Sayyaf members.
Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide Jr. said the High Court will decide today in a full court session which of the three places would be the trial site after considering the opinions and recommendations made by government officials.
The proposed trial sites are the Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig, the former Clark Air Base in Pampanga, and Corregidor Island.
