Following is a listing of some indices contained in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Human Development Report 2001 as applied to Caribbean Community (CARICOM) countries, provided by CANA (July 28). The Human Development Index shows income per capita, and average annual GDP growth for the period 1990-1999:
High Development countries were Barbados (ranked 31st worldwide), with US$14,353, 1.5% and The Bahamas (42d), Bahamas (42), US$15,258 (-0.1%);
