British Airways and Deutsche Lufthansa, a German carrier, have modified their flight schedules for Tel Aviv, Israel so that crew members do not have to stay in the country overnight.
A spokesperson for Lufthansa stated that the carrier's crew were scared to stay in Tel Aviv overnight due to current unrest in Israel. The security situation was heightened on 9 August when a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up and also killed 15 other people. It was the second major bombing in two months.
Lufthansa has now pushed back its daily evening flight by two hours out of Frankfurt ...
