CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES REACHES THREE-SHIP AGREEMENT
FOR HOLLAND AMERICA SUBSIDIARY
MIAMI, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc. (AMEX: CCL) announced today that a limited partnership owned by its subsidiaries has entered into an agreement with a European shipyard for the construction of three cruise ships to be chartered to and operated by its Holland America Line subsidiary following delivery.
The effectiveness of the shipbuilding agreement is subject to, among other things, availability of satisfactory financing and receipt of export credit in accordance with OECD terms. As contemplated, the approximate aggregate ...
