FRIED BABY SQUID WITH CAJUN SPICES
THERE are times - not many I confess! - when I don't want a big meal, just a plateful of something that's really tasty. This recipe fits the bill perfectly.
Baby squid is neither too heavy, nor too rich, for a light summer lunch and cooked this way you can have the dish on the table in about 20 minutes. It also makes a great dinner party starter.
