MAXWELL: Toshi! How you doin'?
TOSHI REAGON: rye been great. I've been doing music and I recently became a mom--I'm raising my brother's kid. She's six years old and fabulous. She's putting everything in perspective for me. [both laugh]
M: Yeah, children will definitely do that. It's funny, I catch myself kinda looking out the window at little kids now.
TR: Speaking of my daughter, I put your new album, Now [Columbia], on in my car when I picked her up from school, and during the first song, she jumped up and started clappin'.
M: You're not just saying that, are you?
