American Express Information Services Company Created
American Express Company has announced the creation of American Express Information Services Company (ISC), whose businesses provide high-volume information processing and communications services to a wide variety of industries. ISC, which becomes American Express' fifth major operating unit, was formed out of the information management business previously organized as the Data Based Services Group of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (TRS).
