SOUTHEAST BANK PLEDGES $20 MILLION IN HOME MORTGAGE MONEY FOR

LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS

MIAMI, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Southeast Bank today announced that it has pledged $20 million in home mortgage money for low-income households.

"We believe this is a major commitment to make home ownership affordable for low-and-moderate-income families," said Robin Reiter, vice president of Corporate Community Involvement.

Reiter said the program is a three-prong effort by Southeast to help reduce the number one issue facing many Florida communities. "That issue is affordable housing," she said.
