Roma Systems, Inc., the international franchisor subsidiary of Romacorp, Inc., has signed a major agreement for the development of Tony Roma's(R) restaurants in Brazil.
Brent Corporation will develop a minimum of six new Tony Roma's restaurants in the central and southern regions of the country including Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. The first location is being developed in one of the largest shopping malls in South America in a suburb of Sao Paulo.
