The California-based Internet security specialist Symantec Corp has introduced Norton AntiVirus 2002, the latest version of its anti-virus software.

The new version offers support for the forthcoming Microsoft Windows XP operating system and seamless integration with Windows Explorer enabling users to access anti-virus protection functions directly from the browser without the need to launch a separate application.
