Aug. 21--Dallas entrepreneur Sam Wyly won more support Monday for his bid to get a slate of nominees elected to Computer Associates' board of directors.
Institutional Shareholder Services, an independent firm that advises institutional stockholders on proxy fights, changed its previous endorsement of the company's management on Monday and now recommends Wyly's four proposed directors. ISS joins Proxy Monitor, another proxy voting services firm that switched its recommendation on Friday to Wyly.
