A former Democratic Party of Wisconsin official filed a complaint Monday against his old employer, alleging the party solicited campaign help from state employees in violation of state campaign finance laws.
Don Fish, who managed the party's massive voter file from April 1998 until July of last year, said in a complaint before the state Elections Board that staffers from the Assembly and Senate Democratic caucuses helped compile voter lists for the party while at their state jobs.
