OF NEW O.E.M. BUSINESS UNIT
WARREN, Mich., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chevrolet-Pontiac-GM of Canada Group announced the formation of a new O.E.M. business unit, effective Oct. 1. Donovan F. Downham, formerly general director of engine and component sales, planning and marketing for C-P-C, has been appointed general director of the newly formed business unit. He will report to E. Michael Mutchler, GM vice president and group executive of C-P-C.
