GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- Justin Smith realizes that he's hardly the most popular guy in Greater Cincinnati right about now.
''Yeah, I would imagine,'' Smith, the Bengals' No. 1 pick, told The Post Tuesday night after contract talks at Georgetown College broke off without a deal. ''I've thought about that, too. But it's just the kind of world I'm in right now. You can't explain it.''
