Aug. 23--The same wind that spread radioactive dust from nuclear explosions at the Nevada Nuclear Test Site during the 1990s may soon be generating electricity for Nevada and other Western states.
A 1,069-acre wind farm on the Nevada Test Site about 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas is in the final planning stages.
