Article: Reason Foundation names new CEO.

WASHINGTON, Aug 23, 2001

The Reason Foundation announced Thursday that it has named David C. Nott as its new president and chief executive officer.

Nott, 37, succeeds Lynn Scarlett. In July, President George W. Bush appointed Scarlett assistant secretary of the Department of the Interior for policy, management and budget.
