FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Demand for office space in the downtown Fort Lauderdale office district continues to outpace the Cypress Creek area according to a recent survey conducted by Reese Stigliano vice president of Lehrer & Company.

Stigliano's survey, compared building types, rentable and available office space, and vacancy rates in downtown Fort Lauderdale to the Cypress Creek area -- once the leader in office space leasing activity.
