VERO BEACH, Fla., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) today appointed John O. Youngs to the newly created position of corporate vice president and executive vice president of the company's Consumer Products, U.S. Division, based in Sandusky, Ohio.
