BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION

NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company today announced than Jan Leschly, president of Squibb Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, has decided to resign to pursue opportunities outside the company.
