North Star Communication Group (North Star) and Helsinki-based Lemcon Networks (Lemcon) today announced the formation of a joint venture to offer turnkey solutions to the wireless market.
The venture will initially focus on the upcoming 2.5G and 3G rollouts in the U.S. market by providing a full array of infrastructure deployment services. The service offering will cover all components of a network rollout including outsourcing, program management, network planning, site acquisition, design, permitting/zoning, construction, implementation, and network testing.
