Julie Cutler took her baby to the Fallon Clinic in Worcester because she was having trouble breathing. She said the clinic sent the 2-year-old home with a prescription.

The next morning, her husband, Keith, noticed "she didn't look right. She was turning blue."

He called 911 and gave her mouth-to-mouth until the EMTs arrived. They took her to the hospital, but the baby, Ginnie, didn't make it.

"She died shortly afterwards in my arms," the distraught mom from Sterling said.
