LOS ANGELES, July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The nationwide vacancy rates for office space in downtown markets and industrial space rose slightly during the quarter ended June 30, 1989, and vacancy in suburban office space was unchanged in the period. The rates were reported by Coldwell Banker Commercial Group, the nationwide commercial real estate firm.
