Early fall is such a hectic, beautiful, fun, and chaotic time. Finishing off the summer, getting ready for winter, frantically soaking up as much sunshine as possible to get you through the gray months ahead. A challenging, but very satisfying time.
Eating has never been so good, or easy, with meal possibilities jumping out at you when you walk through the garden. Which is good, because you are so busy putting food up for the winter that you haven't much time for creative meals.
