Aug. 29--Dining leader Darden Restaurants Inc. said Tuesday that the Orlando-based company's charitable foundation will award a grant to the University of Florida to establish a diversity and business ethics endowment.
The grant will generate more than $1.2 million for the university's Warrington College of Business to create the Darden Restaurants Foundation Diversity and Business Ethics Endowment.
