How to Prevent Employee Burnout in the Tree-services Industry
We've all heard the term "burnout" as applied to two things -- tires and employees. The first definition is self-explanatory, but what does it really mean when an employee is burned out?
The simplest definition is an employee who has given up, ceased to strive and/or derives no real pleasure from his or her job. This definition typically applies to an employee who used to go the extra mile and obvious[y enjoyed his or her job, but has settled into a noncommittal routine.
