Matt Fox and Shari Hiller are colleagues and co-hosts (not a married couple) on the Home and Garden Television show, ''room by room.'' They will alternate writing duties for their new Scripps Howard News Service column of interior design ideas and home projects. Both Fox and Ms. Hiller have been home enthusiasts and educators for most of their careers:
Matt Fox was born in Ohio and now lives in Cleveland. He earned his degree in fine arts from Kent State University.
