The fourth largest dairy co-operative in Brazil came into existence at the beginning of September: Central Leite Nilza, formed by the merger of Coonai (Cooperativa Nacional Agroindustrial), Casmil (Cooperativa Agropecuaria do Sudoeste Mineiro) and Coopercarmo. The new entity has capital stock of R$40mil. Coonai and Cosmil have 43% each and Coopercarmo 14%.
