NEW YORK -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) will begin nonstop daily service between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and New Orleans on Saturday, Sept. 1.

The airline will operate two flights featuring the 142-seat MD-88 aircraft.
