Sep. 4--In about 60 days, Elkins True Value Hardware Store in Saginaw will have a new western facade of rock, cedar posts and a tin roof.
"We've been here since the mid-1960s," general manager Dennis Flanagin says. "When a new store comes to town, everybody wants to go to it. It's new. It's fresh and exciting. ... We want to do things to keep ourselves new in the customers' eyes."
