College Savings Iowa and The Vanguard Group today announced that they have expanded their existing relationship for Iowa's 529 college savings plan.
Since College Savings Iowa's introduction in 1998, the State Treasurer's Office has managed the plan and has offered Vanguard mutual funds as the investment options for plan participants.
