SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Changing industry conditions will boost 1990 starting salaries for information systems and banking positions by 4.9 percent over 1989, and financial and accounting salaries will grow by 3.9 percent, according to a recent study conducted by Robert Half International, the world's largest accounting, financial, banking and information systems recruiters.
