MUSCAT, Sept 7 Asia Pulse - Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles sold 1.29 million square metres of ceramic tiles valued at RO 1.8 million (US$4.68 million) in the first six months of this year, according to managing director Khalfan bin Mohammed al Subali.
He said last year the company's factory operated at 119 per cent of total capacity and produced 2,38 million square metres of tiles with a total value exceeding RO. 3 million and exported to the
AGCC countries, Yemen, Sudan, Tanzania, Bangladesh and South Africa.
The company also secured a purchase order to supply million square metres of tiles to a major housing project in Jabal Ali in the UAE. The ...
