Chinese lawyers will train in England as part of a new 10 year scheme launched today by the Lord Chancellor's Department and the Justice Ministry of the People's Republic of China.
LCD Permanent Secretary, Sir Hayden Phillips, and the Chinese Vice Minister of Justice, Mr Fan Fanping, signed the agreement in Beijing.
