Robert M. Murphy and William H. Tucker didn't have to watch HBO's "Band of Brothers" last night to know what kind of impact the series about a company of World War II paratroopers will have on the American viewing public.
As members of the 82nd Airborne Division, Murphy and Tucker fought in the same campaigns as the 101st Airborne Division unit featured in the HBO series - and then some.
