THE scene: a square in the heart of one of Kingston's most lawless enclaves. There, among the squalor and the rundown tenements, is a discreet office with dark smoked glass windows. Across the front of the door picked out in elegant lettering are the words Presidential Click. A brand new Mercedes saloon with blacked out windows is parked outside.
The office seems curiously out of place amid the poverty of Tivoli Gardens, one of Jamaica's notorious "garrison communities" where gunmen rule; more Wall Street than ghetto.
