Cleveland law firm Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP has acquired Oldham & Oldham Co. LPA, a 26-employee international patent, copyright and trademark practice in Akron.
With the addition of Oldham's 12 attorneys, Hahn Loeser said it has the second-largest patent practice for a general practice law firm in Northeast Ohio.
All the Oldham attorneys will join Hahn Loeser's Intellectual Property and Technology practice while carrying on their patent and trademark duties.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oldham formally becomes part of Hahn Loeser on Sept. 1.
