Q) I purchased a color ink cartridge about six months ago. I have not used it much, because I do most of my printing in black and white. When I tried to print in color, I could not get the ink to come out. I can't take the color cartridge back to the store because I did not keep the receipt. Help me out!

A) The doctor has had the same problem. He's found a way to bring an ink cartridge back to life. He also has advice on how to store ink cartridges.
