Robert Muller, the U.S. Department of Education's Deputy Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education, testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations.
In his April 26 appearance, he spoke to the committee about President Bush's education plan to "leave no child behind."
