ArvinMeritor Inc. (NYSE: ARM) announced that its Exhaust Systems business has formed a strategic alliance with Sejong Industrial Company Ltd. to supply complete exhaust systems to the leading Korean original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Together, the two companies will develop and supply exhaust systems and components for Korean OEMs, Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motor Company, in North America and Korea. The agreement also allows ArvinMeritor and Sejong Industrial to partner on exhaust projects in other countries.
