NDC ACQUIRES CREDIT CARD MERCHANT PROCESSING BUSINESS
OF TEXAS COMMERCE BANCSHARES
ATLANTA, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- National Data Corp. (NASDAQ: NDTA) has agreed to acquire the merchant credit card processing business of Texas Commerce Bancshares Inc.
Houston-based Texas Commerce will continue to accept merchant deposits at its 84 banks and branches across Texas. NDC will perform all merchant accounting, credit card authorization, data capture (to deposit funds electronically), customer service and support.
