MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ --
Micro Flo Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BASF Corporation, today announced its intention to respond to the administrative complaint issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, dated September 12, 2001, that seeks $3.7M in penalties for certain alleged violations involving labeling of source information. EPA is not challenging the registered status of any of Micro Flo's products.
