Some 100,000 visitors tour your Army Transportation Museum annually. This includes not only tourists but also school children as part of their education. And, increasing their knowledge of transportation and the history of past conflicts, many visitors include active duty Army, National Guard and Reserve personnel. Thus, education is gaining in importance as a function of operating the museum.
