TO ESTABLISH EXECUTIVE OFFICES IN NEW JERSEY
MADISON, N.J., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Schering-Plough Corporation (NYSE: SGP) today announced that new executive offices will be established in New Jersey for Schering-Plough HealthCare Products, the company's consumer products business organized in September.
With estimated annual revenues of $600 million, the new operating unit combines the domestic over-the-counter businesses of Schering Laboratories, based in Kenilworth, N.J., with the Coppertone, Dr. Scholl's and OTC products of the personal care group, based in Memphis, Tenn.
