Many accountants today are using the Internet for conducting research, accessing application service providers, and the like. But there are countless other useful sites on the Net.
In the February 2001 issue of Practical Accountant, Michael Stevens, its editor-in-chief, sets forth a list of 101-plus sites that he feels accountants will find helpful. Although he did say that the list subjective, he did note that they would help with research, in building a practice, and working more efficiently. In addition, the practitioner might choose to include hyperlinks on their own Web site to some of those he lists.
