Continental Girbau's parent company, Girbau SA, recently acquired controlling interest in Jean Michel, an industrial finishing equipment manufacturer located in Aix-Les-Bains, France. The acquisition will expand Girbau's product line and strengthen its position in the global commercial laundry market, the company says.
