SUFFOLK -- SUFFOLK - A religious organization that wants to build a village on Suffolk's northern edge will try again today to overcome tougher restrictions demanded by some City Council members.
The Church of God and Saints of Christ is being pushed by some council members to make the foundations of the proposed 196 single-family homes at least 18 inches - 10 inches higher than is required by state law.
