NEW YORK, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- New York State Attorney General Robert Abrams will be the keynote speaker at the annual industry-wide luncheon of the Greater New York real estate and construction division of State of Israel Bonds on Thursday, Nov. 9, at noon at the Piere Hotel in New York.
