COLLEGE STATION, Texas _ The Texas A&M defense hit Oklahoma State sophomore quarterback Aso Pogi early and often in the Aggies' 21-7 victory against the Cowboys on Saturday.
Aggies quarterback Mark Farris expressed a degree of sympathy for Pogi after witnessing the pummeling by saying, "Golly, I'm glad I'm on our team."
The Aggies registered six sacks for 36 yards in losses, and knocked Pogi out of the game for one second-quarter series with a shoulder injury.
