MOST visitors to South Africa try to forget the appalling sights they see as they rush past the poverty-stricken, Aids-ravaged townships on their way to the big cities.
But Ray Fell was so horrified with what she saw when she first visited the country four years ago that she vowed to do everything she could to help ease the suffering of these poor people.
And in January, she will swap being a mum of three in Broxburn, West Lothian, to become a mother to hundreds of Aids babies for a year at the Sithandiizingane Care Centre in South Africa.
