RICHARDSON, Texas, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- CONVEX Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: CNVX) and Ingres Corporation (NASDAQ: RELY) (formerly Relational Technology, Inc.), Alameda, Calif., announced today that they have signed an agreement by which Ingres will market its INGRES family of products on CONVEX supercomputers. INGRES, a leading relational database management system (RDBMS), is the software product of choice for a number of scientific, government, educational, and commercial organizations for large-scale production applications.
